General Platform Disclosure

PropertyPop operates as a platform providing brand development, operational support, education, and coordination related to property services.

PropertyPop is not a licensed general contractor and does not directly perform or contract for services requiring a contractor’s license unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for verifying applicable licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements for their specific location and project scope.

1. Staging Services Disclosure

Staging services promoted or facilitated through PropertyPop are decorative and non-structural in nature.

Staging services:

  • Do not include construction, alteration, or installation of permanent fixtures

  • Do not require a contractor’s license

  • Are intended generally solely to enhance presentation, marketing, or occupancy readiness

2. Handyman Services Disclosure

Handyman services referenced on this site are limited to the scope of work legally permitted without a contractor’s license, including projects not exceeding $1,000 in total labor and materials, where allowed by applicable law.

Projects exceeding this threshold or requiring licensure will be referred to appropriately licensed professionals.

PropertyPop does not represent itself as a licensed contractor for handyman services.

3. Cleaning Services Disclosure

Cleaning services offered or promoted through PropertyPop consist of general property cleaning, turnover, or maintenance support.

Cleaning services:

  • Do not require a contractor’s license

  • Do not include construction or regulated trade work

4. Painting Services Disclosure

PropertyPop does not hold a contractor’s license for painting services and does not represent itself as a licensed painting contractor.

Any painting services referenced on this site are:

  • Performed by independent operators, or

  • Limited to projects that do not require a contractor’s license under applicable law, or

  • Referred to appropriately licensed third-party professionals when required

PropertyPop does not directly contract for licensed painting work.

  • Service providers are independent businesses

  • PropertyPop does not control or supervise third-party work

  • PropertyPop is not responsible for workmanship, compliance, licensing, or insurance of independent providers

PropertyPop functions as a platform and facilitator, not a general contractor or employer.
